Even though this is only my second post I can tell already that some of my “pieces of conversation” (POC) may seem, well, fabricated! Happily, it seems that there is no need to even consider that option as there are plenty of people who seem to talk loud enough, about anything, at any time.
Today’s POC(s) naturally flowed and seem very relevant to our current collective experience, if there is such a thing. BTW: They were literally overheard in this exact sequence from three different and unconnected individuals. Really! This was not made up.
1. You’re the one that came up with the bonus plan!
2. It is only going to get worse before it gets better.
3. I’ll know better next time!
Connecting the POCs we get”…You’re the one that came up with the bonus plan. It is going to get worse before it gets better. I’ll know better next time.”
Of course when linked together I am thinking immediately of the bonuses the bailout financial institution that has so many people torqued-up. The trouble is, they probably wont know better next time as evidenced by the crazy post TARP bonuses and all the hullabaloo that has caused with the public, the administration and the SEC.

Daily Fragment
So lets be clear! This is not eavesdropping - its just pieces of conversation that are almost impossible not to hear. We all experience it everyday. Like today, I was waiting to get my car cleaned and the lady in the yellow VW bug runs out to get her car and says, in part, "...Why on earth would anyone....", and then the I lost the conversation. So that is the piece of converstation of the day. WHY WOULD ANYONE......
Well for me, why would anyone tatoo a poker hand on the back of their calves with two cards on one side and three on the other? Now that is what I think she was talking about because I also saw that on a man at the carwash and wondered...what on earth? It wasn't even a good hand...
